Jweldim Jewels is a jewelry manufacturer and exporter specializing in lab-grown diamonds, natural diamonds, moissanite, custom jewelry, and premium jewelry accessories.

Our website serves as an online platform for browsing products, requesting details, and placing orders.

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically without prior notice.

Property Rights

All content, designs, product images, logos, trademarks, product visuals, and materials displayed on our website are the property of Jweldim Jewels.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Product Information

We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing.

However, minor variations in color, size, weight, gemstone appearance, finishing, or design may occur due to photography, screen display differences, manufacturing processes, or customization requirements.

Custom Orders

For custom jewelry orders, customers must provide accurate details such as design, metal type, stone preference, size, engraving, and other required specifications.

Any delay caused by incomplete, incorrect, or unclear information provided by the customer will not be the responsibility of Jweldim Jewels.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and may change without prior notice.

We accept payments through secure methods including Zelle, Wire Transfer, Direct Bank Transfer and other approved payment options.

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, or other fees applicable in their respective countries.

Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed only after payment has been received and verified. Once confirmed, customers will receive order details from our team.

Order Changes & Cancellation

Any order changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Changes may not be possible once production has started.

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, provided production has not started. Custom orders that have already entered production may not be eligible for full cancellation or refund.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products.

Custom-made or personalized orders are non-returnable unless they are found to be defective or damaged upon delivery.

Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product to request a return. Valid photos, videos, or proof may be required.

Return Shipping Cost

If a customer returns a product, the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility. Jweldim Jewels will not cover return shipping charges unless the return is due to an error from our side.

Warranty & Authenticity

Jweldim Jewels guarantees the authenticity and quality of the diamonds, gemstones, and jewelry supplied by us.

Any product defect claim must be supported with valid evidence and reported within 30 days from the date of purchase.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, unauthorized repair, or normal wear and tear.

Limitation of Liability

Jweldim Jewels shall not be liable for losses or damages caused by misuse, negligence, improper handling, unauthorized product modification, third-party shipping delays, customs issues, or payment provider delays.

We are also not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from transactions or interactions with Jweldim Jewels shall be resolved under the laws of India.

The jurisdiction for any legal proceedings shall be Surat, Gujarat, India.
