Dispatch Time
Ready-stock products are usually dispatched on the same day after payment is received and verified.
For customized products, production usually takes approximately 8–9 business days. Once the piece is completed, we share photos and/or videos with the customer for approval. After approval, the order is dispatched.
Delivery Time
International shipments usually take approximately 8-9 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination, customs clearance, and shipping carrier.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated based on the product’s weight, dimensions, and delivery destination. The applicable shipping cost is collected during checkout.
